BMW Other description

2007 BMW F800ST, The F800ST has proven to be one of our best-selling pre-owned BMW models despite it being a less popular machine when new. We think that was just because they were a little more expensive than people wanted them to be. Well now that they are not new we have a hard time keeping good clean ones around as they offer such a great value. This one is certainly as clean and well cared for as we ever see plus it has exceptionally low miles and only one prior owner before you make it yours. It was sold new at Bob???s in June of 2007 and what little service needs it had were all done at Bob???s too. We???ve just run it through our complete inspection process so it has a fresh Maryland State Inspection certificate and the Bob???s Stamp of Approval for entry into the ADVANTAGE CERTIFIED Program. We???ve spent close to $2,000 of our own money making sure everything is safe and roadworthy and fresh for a new owner and plenty of riding adventures going forward. The original tires were replaced with new Metzelers plus filled with Nitrogen, we???ve changed all the fluids and bled the entire brake system (biannual service), we???ve installed a new BMW battery, replaced the idle control device (that???s really the BMW part name) and the idle air hoses and one turn signal lens that was cracked and added a Powerlet outlet.According to the BMW Master Technician who did all the work this bike ???runs like a champ??? and it looks like one too. It???s super clean end to end and top to bottom it also sports the Verhollen bar risers/set-backs and a set of the expandable BMW saddlebags. There are a few very minor scratches, one on the underside and one on a saddlebag but up close it almost looks new with those two minor exceptions. It has ABS, the on board computer, heated grips, optional center stand, and the great looking white turn signals. It sports dual floating discs up front and a single in the rear all forced to work by a very impressive torquey fuel injected Bosch managed 2 cylinder engine with a solid reputation. It has two keys and the owner???s manual included. This bike will bring a lot of pleasure and you just can???t find this kind of value under $10,000 often enough so don???t wait to schedule a visit and demo ride.

2024 BMW R 1300 GS Review – First Ride

Mon, 20 Nov 2023

Smaller, faster, more complex An R 1300 GS has never existed until now. An obvious statement, but truly, this is a new motorcycle that, while carrying with it the spirit of what the BMW GS name embodies, is delivered in a completely new way. The 1300 GS is like no motorcycle that has come before it wearing the storied moniker.

WSBK 2013: Moscow Race Report

Mon, 22 Jul 2013

Marco Melandri captured his third win of the season, the Ducati 1199 Panigale scored its first podium while Sylvain Guintoli regained the championship lead despite dislocating his collarbone days before the race. But the big news at Moscow Raceway of course was the tragic death of Andrea Antonelli in the World Supersport race. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.

2014 WSBK – Laguna Seca Results

Mon, 14 Jul 2014

Marco Melandri rebounded from last week’s disappointing Portimao round to win Race One at Laguna Seca while Tom Sykes extended his championship lead with a win in a red-flagged Race Two. Melandri got taken out of the second Portimao race after his Aprilia teammate Sylvain Guintoli slid into his RSV4. Melandri looked eager to make up for that DNF, leading every lap of Race One on his way to his third win of the season.
