Equipped from the factory with ABS, ESA, heated grips, and on board computer. Additional bits include MRA Windscreen, BMW sport side bags, Akrapovic Exhaust, Kaoko throttle control, side stand enlargement, and tank protector. With one owner and low miles this K1200S is not even broken in. Nice cosmetic condition but does have some scratches on the left side (see pictures). Full maintenance service and new tires just installed here at SWBMW. With enough raw power to shock even the most seasoned adrenaline junky, the K 1200 S hurls you from a dead stop to sixty miles per hour in just 2.8 seconds. Once you're over the whiplash, you'll keep climbing, topping out at speeds that run neck-and-neck with the fastest production motorcycles in the world. Husqvarna Reveals BMW G650GS-Engined Concept Strada

Husqvarna unveiled a new streetbike model powered by the engine from parent company BMW’s G650GS. The Husqvarna Concept Strada was int4roduced in Paris at the Salon de la Moto show. Though Husqvarna is calling the supermoto-styled Strada a concept, but the new model is near production ready, with Husqvarna expecting to begin sales in 2012, possibly as a 2013 model.

BMW Starts Production of C Evolution Electric Scooter

The first C Evolution electric scooters have rolled off the line at BMW‘s main motorcycle production plant in Berlin, Germany. The result of three and a half years of development, the BMW C Evolution scooter is the company’s two-wheeled foray into electric vehicles. The C Evolution shares the same lithium-ion battery module as the BMW i3 electric car.

2011-2012 BMW K1600GT, K1600GTL Recalled in Canada for Engine Stall Issues

BMW is recalling the 2011-2012 K1600GT and K1600GTL in Canada because of a risk of the engine stalling. At the moment, a recall has only been confirmed for Canada, though we expect a similar recall to come for the U.S. market from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
