2003 BMW F650GS, *New arrival* This is a very nice low suspension F650GS with only 9,850 miles. In addition to the factory ABS and low suspension this bike also has a standard seat (along with the low seat), a Kouba lowering link BMW engine bars and BMW expandable side cases. Prior to trading the bike in the previous owner elected to complete a 12,000 mile service. We need to complete a safety inspection but we don't expect to find issues with this machine. 2012-2013 BMW S1000RR Side Stand Recall Expands to US
Fri, 28 Dec 2012Earlier this month, we reported a recall issued by Transport Canada for the 2012 and 2013 BMW S1000RR because of a problem with their side stands. That recall has now expanded to the U.S., affecting 2,385 units. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the side stand attachment bolts on the affect BMW S1000RR units can loosen because of a manufacturing fault.
