    For sale is my 1983 BMW K100 motorcycle.  Yes, first year for the K100 and not many of these around any more.  Runs very well, I've put approx. 12,000km in the last two years.  I bought it with 40,000km approx. 2 years ago.  I did the Iron Butt on this bike just this year, 1,771km in one day.  Bike had no issues.  This bike is ready to roll with new BMW fork oil changed this year, all brake fluid changed this year, trans fluid changed this year, rear diff fluid changed this year, splines lubed this year, swing arm bearings regreased this year, gas filter changed this year, engine oil and filter just changed with zero miles since, all work done this year approx.

The BMW dealer left town and as an engineer I have enjoyed maintaining the bike. Condition: The bike is in excellent condition; pictures of tires (Metzlers) show very little wear.  Motor and drive train in excellent condition.  Bike does have some minor scuffs and scratches typical of the mileage – on the edges of the bottom panels and some on one bag (see photos).

    2008 BMW K1200S, 23,900 miles, clear title.  All maintenance & service done local at Gina’s BMW in Iowa City, IA, have all service records and receipts.  I am the 2nd owner, I bought it 3 years ago from an employee at Gina’s BMW.  Previous owner and I both adults with plenty of riding experience.  Bike is in very good condition, and has never been dropped or laid down.  It is always garage kept, on front and rear stands, and a battery tender.  This bike is great for long trips, even 2-up with luggage, or short and aggressive riding on twisty roads.  It has factory keyed (same as ignition) BMW expandable hard saddle bags, as well as the extra BMW factory rear luggage rack.  This bike is EXTREMELY fast, and is not a bike for beginners; 1,157cc (dry sump), 150+ hp, 6 sp, shaft-drive.  I have added a waterproof USB port, Remus Powercone exhaust, and K&N air filters.  Tires are Michelin Pilot Pure.  Factory ABS, and adjustable rear suspension.  I also have a digital service manual on CD.  Additional pictures and/or information available upon request.  Brand new BMW battery purchased and installed 10AUG13

More than 12,000 sold since 2022, but 0 in North America Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: Honda has updated one of its most popular models in Europe, but it’s still not coming to North America. We’ve heard that refrain a lot over the years, and it’s no different for the NT1100 sport-tourer. Introduced in Europe in 2022, the NT1100 is a sport-touring model that shares much of its bones with the CRF1100L Africa Twin.
