A notice to any potential law breakers out there: Victory is getting in on the police bike business. Using stock Cross Country models modified with only lights and sirens, the Victorys may not be as ill-equipped for chases (at least slow speed, parking lot chases) as you might think. Qoros might not be a name you’re familiar with. The firm has yet to start selling cars in Europe, although that will change soon.
