This 2008 BMW K1200LT is in excellent condition. The bike has only 15987 miles on it. Bike comes with a 3 year, unlimited mile warranty that is accepted nation wide including Canada. The LT model comes with almost every possible feature standard. The LT is made to travel seemingly endless roads with ease. This bike has the following features, upgrades and add ons... custom seat, GPS, Xenon headlight, electrical center stand, J Peg highway pegs, alarm system, CB radio, CD player, additional dash board, Cee Bailey tall windshield, heated seat and grips, foam inserts on grips, and on board computer. This bike also comes with all books, parts of the tool kit and the BMW flashlight in the center counsel. There are some marks on the mirror housings which is common because the mirrors can be knocked off easily (see photos). Other than that the bike has no other marks or blemishes. KTM and Honda may have been the main players at recent Jerez Moto 3 test but GP newcomers, Oral Engineering, weren’t too far behind with our very own Danny Webb posting the 15th best time. Italian based Oral are supplying engines to Mahindra Racing (Danny & Marcel Schrotter) and Ambroggio Next Racing (Simone Grotzki & Giulian Pedone). Mahindra have their motor housed in an all new, Italian tubular steel chassis, while Ambroggio have gone down the more economic route of using their 2011 Aprilia RSW 125 chassis.

BMW Quitting WSBK After 2013 Season

BMW announced it will withdraw its factory support from the World Superbike Championship at the end of the 2013 season. According to BMW, the company will concentrate on its production models including the addition of new small-displacement models and reaching developing markets. BMW Motorrad will also shift resources to other motorsports activities such as supporting customer racing efforts in both international and domestic competitions.

World Supersport 300 Championship to End After 2025 Season

A new entry-level class will debut in 2026 The World Supersport 300 championship is on its penultimate lap, with the entry-level racing series set to end following the 2025 racing season. According to an announcement from the Superbike Commission which sets the regulations for production-based racing, the 300 class will be replaced by a new entry-level series for 2026 and beyond. At a micro level, the news is not entirely surprising.
