MotoGP Live Timing iPhone Application Officially Released

Love MotoGP?  Love your iPhone (or iPod Touch)?  Well now you can have the best of both worlds with MotoGP’s Live Timing iPhone application.

What can MotoGP Live Timing do for you?

Holy Crap!  Live Commentary and lap by lap data!  That’s pretty impressive.

Whenever a race has started a LIVE button will show up on the race and you can click on it to get into LIVE TIMING mode. To get even more live data rotate your iPhone/iPod 90 degrees to get the full live timing view.

Alright, not the best explanation.  I’m guessing it’s just the mode that allows for the lap by lap data.

The application will run you a measly $2.99 in the iTunes App Store.

The official MotoGP iPhone Application is your window to LIVE TIMING race information: Race lap, rider position, lap time, gap time, top speed. Get updates lap by lap from the comfort of your home, on the go or at the circuit!

The MotoGP iPhone Application also provides access to race results, championship results, latest news, rider profiles and a huge photo gallery.

The photo gallery is updated for each race and features official photos of circuits, riders, racing action and ‘paddock girls’.

How it works:
Every time you enter the application you will see the latest news and the updated competition calendar. The calendar indicates the next race to take place and a countdown for it. You can check previous race results by clicking on any finished race on the calendar or check future race session schedules by clicking on any scheduled race.
