KTM 'RC640' Supermono

I don't know much about this bike but I think it's based around a KTM LC4 640 engine.
I stumbled across it while searching Google and thought it was worth sharing.
It's a work of art and possibly an RC640, long before KTM had even thought of putting their engines into a sportsbike. Now, more than ever, with the RC390 announced and RC690 looming, this bike needs some air time.
Can you share any information about it?
