Experience Morocco with Honda and Mick Extance

Britain’s Dakar endurance rider Mick Extance is to lead two eight-day and two ten-day trips of a lifetime in Morocco.
Riders will experience some of the most diverse and adventurous terrain in the world to include the famous Atlas mountain range, lush river valleys, beautiful sandy coasts and wide expanses of desert. Each adventure trip begins in Ouazarzate – the gateway to the Sahara - before taking in the stunning scenery through Chicaga, Tafrout, Merzouga and Boulmane Dades through the amazing Dades Gorge. Along the way riders will also spend a day learning the expert skills required to tackle riding on sand dunes and, experience the local culture by meeting villagers and sleeping in traditional Berber camps, as well as some of the best hotels in Morocco.
Included in the trip is airport transfers, accommodation, three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) plus water refreshment each day, a CRF450X or CRF250X loan machine including all fuel, a translator plus and 4x4 back-up vehicle (flights, personal insurance and non meal time drinks are not included). Riders can also hire riding kit for £95.
The eight day adventures cost £1,995 and are taking place between 19-26 October 2011 and 15-22 February 2012. The ten day experiences are from 7-16 October 2011 and 3-12 February 2011 and cost £2,195, for a once in a lifetime experience.
