BMW R100RS by Ritmo Sereno

Fri, 02 Aug 2013

Ritmo Sereno is a Japanese motorcycle customiser specializeing in BMW and Moto Guzzi custom motorcycles. One of the greatest bikes created by them, shown to the public last year, is this BMW R100RS finished in official Bayerishe Motorwerke livery.

The original bike, that was considered in the past like a sort of modern hypersport, received some radical
changes that have updated the boxer powered motorcycle. It features new rims, so modern tyres can be used, a new exhaust system (2 into 1), the classic Ohlins fork with dark colour finish and the rear shock is Ohlins too. Complete this beatiful bike a couple of Brembo brakes.

The boxer twin, equipped with new Keihin FCR carburetors, has been polished and probably (the Ritmo Sereno site is only in Japanese language) developed to give more horsepower and torque. As far as performance in concerned, there's no point having lots of go if you don't have lots of stop and this R100RS features four-pot Brembo brakes. So that's the stopping part sorted.

This R100RS uses a new slim single seat with a cafè racer tail, a tank with aeronautic tank cap, raised handlebars and a new Stack dash.

Good Job Ritmo Sereno!!
