4.     We try to send items by Priority Mail or SmartPost, some exceptions will happen (books and media).

6.     Payment expected within 3 days, a claim will be filed on the 4th day if payment is not received or notification given

7.     We suggest that all leather goods should be oiled more and all blankets and horse coverings should be cleaned more.

8.     Horse blankets, sheets and coolers can have a musky scent if they are used. Please be aware of this.

9.     Horse blankets, sheets and coolers that are used may have some shrinkage. We measure them when there are no tags otherwise we go by the tags.

10.  Bundling is encouraged but all items must be ending within 5 days of the first auction end. Bundling and combined shipment is encouraged – combined shipping as a rule-of-thumb will be the HIGHEST of the shipping cost + $3.00 for each additional item unless otherwise agreed upon.  When shipping is $3.00 or less, then bundled shipping would be the HIGHEST of the shipping cost + $1.00 for each additional item unless otherwise agreed upon. Please ask as we will work with you.

11.  Items with shipping costs over $14 cannot be bundled due to weight or size unless otherwise agreed upon. Again please ask as we will work with you.

12.  If an item needs to be returned, and note items are sold with no returns, then return freight is at the buyer’s cost
