Yamaha YZF description

Has been a great bike the only reason why I am selling is because I just purchased a 450. This has been a trail/desert bike and has been babied

The bike runs and stops great
Cold starts right away
New grips
Shifts smooth
I just checked the valves and they were within spec
I have a desert tank installed but have the regular one that will be included.
Pro-Taper bar
FMF Pipe
Brakes have been recently replaced
Renthal chain and sprocket
Aluminum radiator guards
Aluminum radiator braces
*Hand guards are NOT included*
Oil changed after every 2 rides and the air filter has been cleaned after every ride
I have never had any issues at all with the bike

Perfect bike other than the minor cosmetic wear

Let me know if you have any questions!

The new Yamaha Tenere is preparing to debut

Sun, 30 Jul 2017

The next-generation 689cc touring enduro is almost ready. The bike, magnificent in its conciseness and Dakar functionality, is a kind of preview of the future SUV that will replace the XT660Z Tenere. The rival of the BMW F800 GS/F 800 GS Adventure and the promising KTM 790 Adventure borrowed the 689cc inline-two from the Yamaha MT-07 and XSR700 (on these bikes it develops 74.8 hp and 68 Nm).

It’s unique in that cylinders fire 90-degrees apart, allegedly enabling better grip during acceleration. A byproduct of this design is an exhaust note that is distinctive in this world of cookie-cutter designs.

New Delhi Auto Expo 2012 – Motorcycle Manufacturers Draw Battle Lines for World’s Second Largest Market

Mon, 09 Jan 2012

In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. We’ve already looked at India-produced Royal Enfield’s new Thunderbird 500 and Hero Moto’s hybrid scooter concept which debuted at the Auto Expo, and today we’ll look at what the major international OEMs presented.
