    Bike is a theft recovery will need lock set,-ignition, gas tank and helmet lock, front tire, mirrors, and a fairing stay/ windshield , dummies put wrong screws in the side covers of the tank and punctured it, it can be repaired. parts of it have been painted with a black texture paint to hide from the police. I have only ridden the bike a few miles when I noticed the fuel leak and stopped and parked it. There is NO Title  for the bike, EBay made me pick a title type.  I will supply a bill of sale and a copy of the bill of sale that I received from the government agency that I purchased it from, with the paper work will be a copy of when notifications had been sent to the previous owner and the bank that owned it neither wanted to mess with it - insurance paid it off presumably.
