Yamaha YZF-R description

2010 Yamaha R1, Original Adult Owner, never raced, never abused, always garaged. 1950 miles, GYTR slip ons, Graves bar end mirror, seat cowl, sliders.

Top fairing has a hairline crack, I caught my jacket on it in the garage. Bonded and has a piece of gorrila tape on it as seen on pic, not an issue but should be noted.

Great bike, as new, clean title.

Yamaha Star Bolt Café Photos from Tokyo Motor Show

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

Yamaha has made it clear the Bolt Café is only a reference model to showcase the customization potential of the Bolt. At its heart remains the Bolt’s 942cc V-Twin engine and double-cradle frame.

The horrendous reality of restoring a 'classic'

Tue, 31 Aug 2010

It was with much excitement – displaced or not – that my freshly rebuilt 1976 SR500 Yamaha fired into life at the second kick this weekend. I say second kick. It was actually the thirty second kick – thirty of those spent frothing up a heady sweat until I realised the main fuel pipe was kinked to buggery.

Yamaha Teases R25 / R3 and Tricity Reveal on March 25

Mon, 17 Mar 2014

Yamaha released a new microsite teasing the launch of two models, expected to be the production versions of the YZF-R25 (or perhaps YZF-R3 for certain markets) and the Tricity leaning three-wheeled scooter. The site, Revstation.com, features a countdown timer and a 15-second video offering brief glimpses of the two models. Get the Flash Player to see this player.
