2002 Yamaha Yzf-R1 , super clean all white looks great great starter bike but it is super fast. Lots of extras to many to list Upgraded brakes, intake, super lightweight sprocket, racetech front fork springs, hid light kit, kevlar racing clutch fairings all good rear tail has crack underneath from stepping on it working on stuff while back, but cant notice it unless from bottom Tires are good still meaty for another season or two Everything works great lights brakes suspension etc. Trans & engine are sharp feel new smooth as ever Good starter or daily bike for someone I never use it because of work schedule working nights so someone can actually get use out of her. Rumor Mill: Yamaha To Make R400 and R650
Thu, 25 Jul 2013Yamaha is set to put into production two new sporty bikes — the R400 and R650 — according to “Young Machine” a Japanese motorcycle magazine. If true, this would fill a huge void in the manufacturer’s beginner sportbike bike lineup. It would make sense, considering the success of Suzuki’s SV650 (which later morphed into the Gladius and is now the SFV650), Kawasaki’s Ninja 650 (ER-6 in other markets), and even Honda’s CBR500R.

The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.
