Yamaha YZF-R description

You're looking at a 2005 R6.  Bike is in great mechanical condition and needs nothing but a new home.  I have a clean title in hand.

The good:

Bike has lowering links to adjust height. Professionally installed by dealership in Buffalo NY.
Flush mount lights in the front and rear. Also a blue r6 plate light.
New tires this past summer. Front and rear.
Original exhaust comes with bike. Never used.
Brand new in box an extra oil filer and air filter.
Clean title. No liens.
Bike has never been wheeled, wrecked or used to do burn outs.
Adult rider only. I've been riding bikes for 15 years.
Always garage kept or under carport.

Bad;

I let my girlfriend sit on the bike to take photos this past summer and she tilted a little far to the right.  She ended up seting the bike down on the blacktop.  No major damage but you can see the marks. The bike was not moving. Marks are only noticed if you're looking for it?
Other than that there are no issues. Normal wear.

Only selling bc I'm looking to buy an engagement ring.  Giving up one love for another.

Yamaha Tenere 700 Raid Prototype First Look

Tue, 23 Nov 2021

Return to sender Well the seat was a little high, at 34.6 inches, but that didn’t stop the Yamaha Ténéré 700 from doing very well in last summer’s blockbuster middleweight ADV comparison. Keeping it simple and keeping the weight down was a great recipe for success, and now Yamaha is fixin’ to take it to the next level with a Ténéré 700 Raid, for which this machine it showed at EICMA serves as prototype. AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results

Mon, 16 Apr 2012

Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.

Yamaha 350LC ProAm, Mallory Park 1981

Thu, 26 Aug 2010

So Kenny Roberts Jnr think traction control is ruining racing? Having watched this 1981 ProAm race from Mallory Park, I'm forced to agree. Racing should be a spectacle.
