If you are familiar with SuperMoto bike or dirt bikes in general you can see that this one has nearly $15,000 dollars invested in it. It take a ton of money to get a dirt bike to this level. This bike was immediately transformed to SuperMoto and has never been on dirt. The bike has a slipper clutch and it was very competitive in class racing. The bike runs great at speed. It starts easy. It has a completely BRAND NEW factory lower end with less than 10 hours.

The bike was dyno tested and the air/fuel was tweaked for maximum performance. The Yamaha has been outfitted with gear to make it street legal in most states with a battery only system (no rewired stators or other junk to screw up the factory system.)

I am getting out of SuperMoto and dirt bikes so this sale includes MANY items. Expensive chain and fork seal tools, various lubes and oils, Alpine Stars boots and any other items I can find to include.

At the reserve price, this bike could easily be parted out and money made!

MotoGP Teams Complete First Sepang Pre-Season Test

Preparations for the 2014 MotoGP Championship are well underway, with the first pre-season test at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit complete. As the first test of the year, we shouldn’t take too much stock into the results, but they do provide a basis for later comparison. Reigning World Champion Marc Marquez was the fastest rider on all three days of the Sepang test.

2014 AMA Supercross – Atlanta Results

KTM‘s Ken Roczen continues to impress, taking his second AMA Supercross win of his 450-class rookie season at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Roczen, who also won the season opening Anaheim 1 round, took advantage of a mistake by Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto to take the win and move within nine points of the defending champion in the rider standings. The main event started with Smartop Motoconcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot for his best start this season.

3J’s Charity Track Day Raises $30k

Since 2003, 3J’s Motorcycle Track Days have generated nearly $450,000 for charity. This year, the event’s 20th annual, 3J’s raised more than $30,000 for Speedway Children’s Charities. Nearly 120 riders converged on Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California for a day of riding around the 12-turn, 2.28-mile road course.
