2005 Yamaha Yz450f , 2005 Yamaha YZ450F Motocross Bike. Engine, transmission, suspension, body, and frame all in excellent condition. Bike is clean and does not have any broken parts. There are very minor abrasions on the tupperware, but nothing out of the ordinary. Fluids have been checked. The only thing the bike needs to be in top condition is a new rear sprocket ($39), chain ($61), handlebar grips ($10 each), and air filter ($29). Price has been reduced to reflect that. Yamaha Tops Second Day of Sepang Test as Honda Twiddles Thumbs
Wed, 29 Feb 2012Ben Spies topped the time sheets ahead of teammate Jorge Lorenzo as Yamaha continued its MotoGP pre-season testing in Malaysia. While their rivals at Honda were idled by an engine problem, the two factory Yamaha riders found improvement on their Day One times and gathered data about riding in both wet and dry conditions. Spies set the best lap time at 2:01.285 while testing different chassis settings in the morning.

Intermot 2012: 2013 Yamaha FZ8 Announced
Tue, 02 Oct 2012Along with the announcement of the updated 2013 FJR1300A, Yamaha also announced that its naked middleweight roadster, the FZ8, has received a handful of updates for 2013. Key among the modest improvements is revised EFI programming for smoother, snappier throttle response, and front suspension is now full adjustability. The fork has new preload and rebound adjustments atop the fork legs, while a new compression damping adjuster is located at the bottom of the fork.
