Yamaha YZ description

2004 Yz250 in excellent condition, prepped and ready to ride. This is a package deal! Reason for selling is that I'm 40 years old and gonna stick with cycling and mountain biking.This bike had very few hours on it when I bought it. I went through the whole bike and rode it for one season. This motor is all stock except for the FMF silencer. A bill of sale will be issued with bike.  Items include:


New Dunlop Mx51s front and rear.

New plastic with UFO restyled rear fender.

Vertex piston and ring. Very few hours on it.

Sunstar sprockets and chain.

ODI clamp on grips, new levers and cables.

Three sets of air filters.
 
Light speed front brake conversion with ride engineering braided brake line

New fork seals

I have a complete other motor for this bike that I was gonna make it my 310. I will throw it in as well.

Air filter oil, premix etc, will come with bike.

Greg Tracy to Ride Amarok P1A Electric Sportbike for Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Canada’s Amarok Racing has secured quite a coup in signing six-time Pikes Peak International Hill Climb winner Greg Tracy to ride its P1A electric superbike for the 2013 edition of the event. Tracy has six class victories in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, winning in 1996, 1999, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. His victories have come riding motorcycles from several manufacturers: Honda, Yamaha, BMW and, more recently, Ducati.

AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results

Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.

Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM

More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
