project - 1980 Yamaha YZ 465 Good running old bike, I've had this bike for
about 5 years, and I have installed new handlebars, grips, clutch and throttle
cable, fork seals, wiseco, 1.0 mm piston kit, folding shifter, oversized foot
pegs, clutch extension arm, DG silencer, new rear wheel bearings, new clutch
plates, and new air filter, new seat cover, had O ring chain and
good sprockets on it when I bought it. The frame is slightly bent at rear
fender mounts and has been welded on some. The bike is no show bike but is
mechanically sound. And I also have a partial 1981 465 to go with it. And
some extra stuff I bought on eBay for it over the years. My plan was to
complete a nice 81 465 out of the two bikes but just never got that far, there
are not enough parts to make two bikes. See pictures for parts. Preston. IA 52069 You must be willing to come

Wed, 27 Apr 2011The MotoGP circus moves into it's tenth appearance at the Estoril circuit, with the Portugease circuit playing host to a Grand Prix event in each of the previous nine years since the introduction of the four-stroke MotoGP formula at in 2002. Below is a reminder of the highlights of the previous nine MotoGP races held at Estoril: 2002 – Having won the last 500cc GP race at Estoril in 2001, Valentino Rossi (Honda) won the first of the MotoGP races held at the circuit. This was a race that was run in very wet conditions and Sete Gibernau had led for most of the race only to crash out with four laps to go.
