1979 Yamaha YZ400 Winner of 2005 AHRMA National Championship Formerly owned by the late Mike Owens, who used it to win the 2005 AHRMA Historic 500cc Expert Championship in Post-Vintage Motocross. After its title-winning days, the bike went on static display in Owens' extensive collection of vintage dirt bikes, while he turned his attention to the Legends & Heroes Motocross Museum. In race-prepped condition, with top-end work by Boyko Racing and suspension rebuilt by DeWayne Jones, the YZ has been in a private collection since Owens' passing in 2015, and remains unridden. It should need only a simple recommissioning to be track-ready once more. Mileage is obviously low, though the exact amount is unknown. The bike is sold on a bill of sale, no title. Also listed in a separate auction is Owens' two-time title-winning 1976 YZ125X. Harrison, along with passenger Mike Aylott won the first of two Sure Sidecar TT races. The win was the first for Harrison since he made his Isle of Man TT debut 21 years ago in 1993.

It's touching, if a little bizarre.
