2005 Yamaha XT225 Dual Sport Motorcycle. 6084 mis.third Owner. Bike always stored indoors. 223cc, Single Cylinder, four stroke engine, air-cooled. Front disc brake.Great beginner bike or for smaller riders like me. Weighs less than 250 pounds. Great commuter bike.Brand new Rear Tire with XHD tube less than 200 mis, Front tire has less than 1k miles.Averages around 45 miles-per-gallon. Basic insurance for me cost about $21 per month (Geico)Moose extra-large hand guards, extra-large footpedals.Dual 12 volt outlet on handlebar for GPS, charging cell phone or heated gloves. Rear brakes could be freshened up. Battery will need to be replaced in the spring. I changed the oil and filter at the beginning of the summer. Chain also cleaned and re-oiled. It starts and runs good. Ready for the road. Very motivated seller. Moving soon and can't take the bike with me. I have title in hand. No liens on the bike. Blue book has the bike listed for over $2100 in fair condition. I will also include a newer pair of Fox 180 dirtbike pants and Answer Fazer Boots. I have taken good care of this bike for the short time that I've had it (bought it in last August). 2014 AMA Supercross – Anaheim 1 Results

KTM rookie Ken Roczen captured his first 450 class win in the AMA Supercross world championship, taking the season opener at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. An audience of 45,050 fans watched a clean race from the rookie while errors by veterans like James Stewart and three-time reigning champion Ryan Villopoto knocked them out of contention. Villopoto had a strong start, taking the holeshot and leading the first eight laps, just like the Kawasaki rider had done so often the last few seasons.

Yamaha R6 to Continue Racing in Supersport Next Generation Category

No R6 replacement for the near future Last month, the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) provided the first look at the new “ Supersport Next Generation” models that will redefine middleweight racing class. Starting with the 2022 season, the World Supersport class (and their equivalents in various national racing series such as MotoAmerica) will add new models such as the Ducati Panigale V2, MV Agusta F3 800, MV Agusta F3 Superveloce, Triumph Street Triple RS, Suzuki GSX-R750, and the 636cc Kawasaki ZX-6R. The primarily 600cc models that previously represented the class will continue for one more season, before the Supersport Next Generation models take over completely in 2023.

2014 AMA Supercross – Daytona Results

Ryan Villopoto was dominant in Daytona, leading all 20 laps to win his third race of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki ride strengthened his hold on the 2014 AMA Supercross championship lead, padding his lead over Red Bull KTM riders Ryan Dungey and Ken Roczen. The reigning three-time champion was far and away the fastest racer on the Daytona International Speedway infield, posting lap times more than a second faster than anyone else.
