This auction is for a 1976 Yamaha XT 500 Enduro. The bike is in average condition for the year. Bike is in running condition with new carb kit, points, and condenser. Both front and rear tires are in good condition with new chain, front and rear sprockets. In pictures bike has a white brothers exhaust. Bike now has stock exhaust buyer who wins the bid will also get the white brothers exhaust as well. Bike is missing front and rear blinkers, rear tail light and front sprocket guard. Bike has no battery, but does have clear title. Feel free to email me with any and all questions, buyer pays all shipping charges. Wed, 03 Aug 2011A drop in net sales, an appreciating yen and the fallout from the March 11 earthquake and tsunamis in Japan contributed to a 4.6% drop in profit for Yamaha Motor Co. over the second quarter of 2011. Over the quarter ended June 30, 2011, Yamaha saw a 5.9% drop in net sales compared to the same period in 2010.Yamaha reports sales of 344.5 billion yen (US$4.48 billion) over the second quarter, compared to the 366.3 billion yen (US$4.77 billion) reported in the same quarter in 2010.

Not long after the checkered flag waved did Yamaha announce some big changes for the upcoming 2014 season. First and foremost, Herrin will be departing for Moto2 next year, fulfilling his desire to compete on the world stage.
Rossi, Pedrosa Fastest In Second Sepang MotoGP Test
Fri, 28 Feb 2014Valentino Rossi and Dani Pedrosa topped the time sheets at the conclusion of the second MotoGP test at the Sepang track in Malaysia. Both clocked identical times of 1:59.999 to become the only riders to dip under the two minute mark the entire test. The hot and humid conditions in Sepang meant times wouldn’t be faster than they were in the first test here only a few weeks prior, and indeed, Rossi and Pedrosa’s time is 0.466 second slower than the fastest lap Marc Marquez set at the last test.
