Up For sale is a very nice 1976 early XT500 It has some patina as any 1976 motorcycle would be expected to have. Starts, stops and drives great, new tires, just serviced with new rings installed before it came to us. Some wear and small ding on right side of tank as seen. Low miles, matching numbers rare 76, don't get much better for a chance to own part of motorcycling history. Perfect for restoration or ride as is, very rare factory exhaust still intact. We where going to restore it, but due to our hectic scheduling we will not have the time, we will offer the new buyer a %15 discount on all parts if they choose to restore it. Clear open title comes with the bike. AMA Superbike Racer Larry Pegram To Race On Four Wheels This Weekend
Thu, 08 Aug 2013Foremost Insurance/Pegram Racing SuperBike rider Larry Pegram will be back in racing action this weekend but, instead of being aboard his familiar #72 Yamaha YZF-R1 SuperBike, Larry will be behind the wheel of a PRO Buggy sponsored by RealTree Outdoor Energy Drink. The PRO Buggy class features rear-engine, rear-wheel-drive, purpose-built racing buggies with lots of suspension travel and lots of horsepower. Pegram is no stranger to car racing, having done a few road racing events last year, but he’s excited about the opportunity to kick up some mud this weekend at RedBud MX in Buchanan, MI, as part of The Off-Road Championship (TORC) series.
