Yamaha XS description

Up for sale is this 1981 Yamaha well known as XS Eleven. The bike is in pretty good condition for its year and mileage. It is the rare Venturer model which came with "original custom" Aero fairings made by Pacifico. Motorcycle comes with 44,304 miles on. It has been standing for a long time but i have been able to start it but looks like some of the main jets are stuck in an open position so it over-floats the carbs. It needs a good cleaning and it will run like a champ..All of the saddle bags and fairings are intact but the color is faded. Also the back Storage compartment is broken. Well tats basically all i can tell you about the bike. Thanks for stopping by and happy bidding!! Concerning the shipping: Buyer is responsible for the pick up of this bike or must have a scheduled delivery.

The Spaniard's lid has been sprayed to look a little like a spaceman's helmet and has Neil Armstrong's immortal words: "That's one small step for man; one giant leap for mankind" written on the rear. Let's just hope Lorenzo doesn't launch himself this weekend.
