For sale 1981 Yamaha XS650 special cafe racer.
Bike rides good. Looks good. Comes as seen in pictures. When it was converted to Cafe Racer everything was gone through. Parts were re-built or replaced as needed. I don't want to write stories about each part separate so if there's anything in particular you would like to know please ask. Sold AS IS. No warranty. No returns. Deposit of $300 (non refundable) required by PayPal within 24 hours of auction end. Balance in CASH ONLY at the pick up within 5 days. Local pick up only. Yamaha Building New Factory in India
Mon, 14 May 2012Yamaha has received approval from the government of India to build a new factory in Chennai in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. Joining an existing factory near New Delhi, the new Chennai plant is expected to increase Yamaha‘s production capabilities in India to 2.8 million units a year by 2018. The new factory will be built on a 109-acre lot in Vallam Vadagal on the outskirts of Chennai.
