1979 Yamaha XS 650 Special Cafe Racer (clean title). Updates include, wheels, tires, front fork rebuild, brakes, drag bars, brake master cylinder, new paint, seat, suspension, carb rebuild, K&N air intakes, lights, wiring, cables, battery and much more.
It is a fun little bike to blast around town or on the highway. Anyone that is into the Cafe Racer style is sure to enjoy and appreciate this Yamaha. Ryan Villopoto, Chad Reed, Ryan Dungey and James Stewart have all claimed wins in the first four rounds. After the second Anaheim round, the four contenders, representing four different manufacturers, are separated by just 13 points.

Fri, 27 Dec 2013For just $120,000, you too can be the owner of a special piece of motorcycling history. Up for grabs on eBay is the 1973 Yamaha TZ750 that started it all. Claimed by the current owner to be the test mule of none other than Kel Carruthers in 1973, this TZ carries the number #409-100001. Yamaha Works GP rider Sadeo Asami cared for the motorcycle for much of its racing life until it was returned to Yamaha USA where it was destined for the crusher.

Wed, 04 Apr 2012This is the white and gold 2012 Yamaha R1. It's also the bike I shall be commuting on for the next 8 months. The crouched riding position and murderous amounts of power may not be ideally suited for the London grind, but with plenty of track action planned I have to make some compromises. There are three fresh colours to choose from.
