Yamaha XS description
1976 YAMAHA XS 360
Just hit its 40 year mark with just under 3200 original miles I bought the bike last year and was told it hadn't ran in 15 years. I cleaned the carbs, changed the oil and put new gas in the bike when I got it home. It started 2nd kick, also has electric start that works also. The bike looks to be all stock, original form. I have put 62 miles on the bike since I've owned it. All in all its a beautiful bike with very low miles. I doubt you'll see very many in this condition with this low of miles.Low Reserve Price! Must Go! Happy Bidding Needs a gas cap, the lock on the current one has been drilled out from the previous owner. I HAVE A CLEAN GREEN MICHIGAN TITLE FOR THE BIKE. Buyer arranges pick up or message me and we might be able to work something out. |

Infamous Canadian Motorcyclist Found Not Guilty in 186-mph Highway Stunt
Fri, 25 Oct 2013We don’t know if this is a case of a guilty man going free or of a braggart facing trial for something he didn’t do. Either way, Randy Scott, 26, was found not guilty of a Trans-Canada Highway run at 299 km/h in April 2012. The viral YouTube video of a Yamaha R1 rider weaving in and out of traffic was used by police to track down Scott with the help of a concerned neighbor’s tip.
Yamaha Files Suit Over Scooter Design
Thu, 05 Apr 2012Yamaha has filed a lawsuit against a pair of Japanese companies alleging their electric scooter copies the design of the Yamaha Gear BX50 scooter. The Yamaha Gear BX50 (pictured left above) is a 50cc four-stroke scooter sold in Japan as a commercial-use model, aimed for small business such as newspaper distributors. Yamaha has been offering the BX50 (and the BX50N variant) since 2007, selling 39,917 units as of December 2011.
