Have a stock/original 1975 Yamaha XS650 that was tucked away in 1997. After 16 yrs of sitting with the exhaust valves in the open position the valves/guides have seized. The pistons move freely, but will need exhaust valve work, or install a good pre-owned head. Probably a better buy for a XS650 enthusiast who's familiar with these bikes and may already have a pre-owned head or other XS650 projects. Priced at only £79.95, delivered, the Slash Cut Trim easily bolts on with its supplied mounting clamp and spring to the catalytic converter in place of the heavy standard exit pipes on Yamaha’s R6 (2006-2011) and Suzuki’s GSX-R600/750 (K8, K9, L0). With the main aim of reducing weight and improving aesthetics on these machines, the Slash Cut Trim does give a marginal increase of throttle response and exhaust note.

Yamaha to Produce $500 Motorcycle for India
