Hi, due to unforeseen circumstances im selling my beloved 2009 yamaha wr250 r. i have had it for a little over a year now. I am the 3rd owner. the 1st was a retired fireman and the 2nd was a police officer. I purchased it with 1400mis, and it now has 4200 mis on it. I mainly have driven short distances back and forth to school. never taken it off road, but i can only imagine how it would handle. it handles like a dream on the street. top speed is probably around 95. has fmf pipe and exhaust system. also the tail lamps and the turn signals have been changed. I still have all the original parts that will be included in the sale. Overall it is in good condition. Jeremy Burgess Out and Silvano Galbusera In as Valentino Rossi’s Crew Chief
Mon, 11 Nov 2013Valentino Rossi has parted ways with longtime crew chief Jeremey Burgess, ending a partnership that extended across 14 years and three different manufacturers while capturing seven MotoGP and 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.

Yamaha Tops Second Day of Sepang Test as Honda Twiddles Thumbs
Wed, 29 Feb 2012Ben Spies topped the time sheets ahead of teammate Jorge Lorenzo as Yamaha continued its MotoGP pre-season testing in Malaysia. While their rivals at Honda were idled by an engine problem, the two factory Yamaha riders found improvement on their Day One times and gathered data about riding in both wet and dry conditions. Spies set the best lap time at 2:01.285 while testing different chassis settings in the morning.
