Product Description1995 YAMAHA WR250 I BOUGHT THIS WR AS A BACK UP BIKE FOR TRAIL RIDES. THE PRIOR OWNER TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF IT AND RODE A FEW TIMES A YEAR. I INSTALLED A NEW AIR CLEANER AND CHANGED THE OIL. I HAD THE COMPRESSION TESTED AND THE RESULT WAS 148. THE BIKE STARTS QUICKLY AND RUNS EXTREMELY WELL. I DECIDED TO SELL IT BECAUSE AFTER TEST RIDING IT IN AN OPEN AREA I FIND THAT IT IS MORE SUITED FOR THE RIDER THAT LIKES AND EVEN MIX OF TRACK AND TRAIL. I ONLY RIDE TRAILS WITH MY SON AND WILL NOT USE THIS BIKE TO IT'S FULL CAPACITY. Mackenzie Tricker Looks To Pad WMX Points Lead At Glen Helen Raceway Sunday
Thu, 10 Apr 2014Having won the opening two rounds of the 2014 Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) – at the AMA sanctioned Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross at Daytona International Speedway in Florida, and at the James Stewart Freestone Spring Championship in Wortham, Texas, Australia’s Mackenzie Tricker comes into this weekend’s race at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California, with momentum on her side and a 17-point lead in the series standings. Round three of the Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) will run in conjunction with the FMF California Classic, which runs from April 9 through April 13, with both WMX motos taking place on Sunday. So far, Tricker has won three of the four motos held to date, and the Yamaha-backed rider is hoping to pad her lead in the series standings with a good finish this weekend.

Mon, 24 Oct 2011Musings of a liter-size engined Kawasaki Versys have circulated the web for a few years now, as loyalists of the likable Versys 650, as well as displacement-driven riders waiting in the wings, have pondered the potential of a more powerful adventure bike from Kawasaki that’s in the same league as BMW’s R1200GS and Yamaha’s Super Tenere. Alas, nothing of the sort has ever left the lips of Kawasaki, let alone go into production. Recently, however, the French motorcycle website, Moto-net.com, has produced convincing images that appear like photos of a complete Versys 1000, including matching hard luggage.
Yamaha Reveals 2013 MotoGP Livery – Video
Fri, 22 Mar 2013Yamaha officially launched its 2013 MotoGP factory team, revealing the new livery for riders Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi and their YZR-M1 prototypes. The new livery returns to a predominantly blue design with white elements compared to last year’s design which was more predominantly white. The livery also features a modern interpretation of Yamaha‘s speed block design.
