Product Description1995 YAMAHA WR250 I BOUGHT THIS WR AS A BACK UP BIKE FOR TRAIL RIDES. THE PRIOR OWNER TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF IT AND RODE A FEW TIMES A YEAR. I INSTALLED A NEW AIR CLEANER AND CHANGED THE OIL. I HAD THE COMPRESSION TESTED AND THE RESULT WAS 148. THE BIKE STARTS QUICKLY AND RUNS EXTREMELY WELL. I DECIDED TO SELL IT BECAUSE AFTER TEST RIDING IT IN AN OPEN AREA I FIND THAT IT IS MORE SUITED FOR THE RIDER THAT LIKES AND EVEN MIX OF TRACK AND TRAIL. I ONLY RIDE TRAILS WITH MY SON AND WILL NOT USE THIS BIKE TO IT'S FULL CAPACITY. AMA Supercross: 2012 Phoenix Results
Mon, 16 Jan 2012Ryan Dungey gave KTM its first ever AMA Supercross win, taking the holeshot and leading every lap in Phoenix, Ariz. With an audience of 49,236 watching at Chase Field, it was the field that had to chase Dungey during the main event. Dungey jumped out in front at the first corner followed by JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps and defending AMA Supercross Champion Ryan Villopoto of Kawasaki.
Yamaha Confirms Leaning Multi-Wheeler for 2014 – Will the Tesseract Concept Finally Become Reality?
Wed, 03 Jul 2013Yamaha confirmed it plans to introduce a new Leaning Multi-Wheeler (LMW) vehicle for 2014. An accompanying image of a test unit in camouflage reveals two closely-aligned front wheels beneath a broad fairing. The new model will be a three-wheeler similar to Piaggio‘s MP3 scooter instead of the four wheels like the Tesseract concept (pictured further below) first introduced at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show.
New Photos and Video of Yamaha PES1 Electric Concept
Wed, 20 Nov 2013Yamaha has released additional images and a video of its new PES1 electric motorcycle for the concept’s debut at the Tokyo Motor Show. The new photographs, shot at Yamaha’s display at the Tokyo show, show more details about the PES1 concept, which Yamaha first announced earlier this month. The PES1 shares the same electric DC brushless motor, lithium-ion battery and monocoque frame as the PED1 concept which also took its bow in Tokyo.
