THIS BIKE IS IN REALLY GREAT CONDITION, BARELY RIDDEN, LOW MILES IT DOES SHOW VERY LIGHT SIGNS OF USE, AS WITH ANY VEHICLE THAT HAS BEEN ON THE ROAD. NEVER DROPPED. NEVER ABUSED EVER> ADULT RIDDEN AND OWNED. ALWAYS STORED IN GARAGE. THIS BIKE HAS NOT BEEN RIDDEN LATELY, WILL PROBALY NEED FRESH GAS, AND MAYBE CARBS CLEANED OUT> IT WAS STORED FROM LAST SEASON WITH FUEL ADDITIVE BUT ALWAYS GOOD TO SERVICE BEFORE STARTING THE NEW SEASON OUT. 2014 Yamaha YZ450F and YZ250F Recalled
Wed, 26 Feb 2014Yamaha is recalling 2014 YZ450F and YZ250F off-ride motorcycles because of a risk of the drive chain detaching. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recall affects 1,300 units in the U.S. while Transport Canada says another 115 units are affected north of the border.
2010 Yamaha YZF-R1 Faces Recall for High Engine Idle
Wed, 27 Nov 2013Yamaha has initiated recalls on the 2010 R1 in several markets because of a problem with the wiring harness causing high idle speeds. As of this writing, recalls have been announce for Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom. No recall has been announced for the U.S.
Day 4 Dakar 2014: Juan Pedrero Wins Stage Aboard Sherco
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Stage 4 of the 2014 Dakar saw Juan Pedrero take his maiden victory aboard a Sherco SR 450 Rally. Although not in contention for the overall, Pedrero showed he has outgrown his previous role as Marc Coma’s lieutenant at KTM by bringing his Sherco across the finish line 3:10 faster than third place Coma and 29 seconds faster than second place finisher Francisco Lopez. Coma’s performance in today’s stage moved him to only 3:10 behind overall leader Joan Barreda.
