1993 Yamaha Virago 750cc. This has been a great bike for me, it runs good. I just had a 2nd child and need to sell the bike. Speedometer does not work, and the rear turn signal is broken, but still functions. Could be fixed with rubber glue. Has a clear title. You can test drive if you have money in hand. Tue, 22 Nov 2011Yamaha released a video looking back at Josh Hayes’ 2011 AMA Superbike season culminating with his second consecutive championship. The video takes a round-by-round look back at the season as Hayes and his Yamaha R1 duked it out with essentially a phalanx of Suzuki GSX-R1000 riders led by seven-race winner Blake Young. Highlights include the hard-fought duel between Hayes and Young at Mid-Ohio, Hayes and Tommy Hayden swapping the lead on the final lap at Laguna Seca and the title-clinching finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park.
AMA Superbike Racer Larry Pegram To Race On Four Wheels This Weekend
Thu, 08 Aug 2013Foremost Insurance/Pegram Racing SuperBike rider Larry Pegram will be back in racing action this weekend but, instead of being aboard his familiar #72 Yamaha YZF-R1 SuperBike, Larry will be behind the wheel of a PRO Buggy sponsored by RealTree Outdoor Energy Drink. The PRO Buggy class features rear-engine, rear-wheel-drive, purpose-built racing buggies with lots of suspension travel and lots of horsepower. Pegram is no stranger to car racing, having done a few road racing events last year, but he’s excited about the opportunity to kick up some mud this weekend at RedBud MX in Buchanan, MI, as part of The Off-Road Championship (TORC) series.

Wed, 08 Sep 2010We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
