For sale 1983 custom build Yamaha Virago Cafe Racer.
Beautiful bike, one of a kind. Lots of custom touches like: battery mounting, front forks bracket, seat and assembly, custom paint (marble candy apple metallic green) and matching LED night lights with ON/OFF switch. Bike runs and rides. It was converted to Cafe Racer about year ago. Tires are in good shape. Brand new battery, front fork seals, spark plugs. All electrical works: lights, turn signals, horn. It was lately seating in the garage but was taken for a ride around the block recently and everything is working fine. It will just need new oil and typical check up any bike needs after sitting. Yamaha Unveils 2012 MotoGP Livery – Massive Gallery and Video
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Yamaha has pulled the covers off the 2012 edition of its YZR-M1, the machines which racers Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies will ride to compete in the 2012 MotoGP World Championship. While last year’s M1 was predominantly blue, the new 1000cc version of the M1 sports more white paint with wide bands of Yamaha blue on the front fairing and along the side, flowing along the line of the seat. Like most MotoGP squads, Yamaha doesn’t want to be too specific about its MotoGP bike’s potential, estimating the power output from the crossplane crankshaft engine at over 240 hp.

Fri, 01 Nov 2013Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
New 2012 Yamaha Zuma 50F Four-Stroke Scooter Unveiled
Wed, 08 Jun 2011Yamaha unveiled the new 2012 Zuma 50F four-stroke scooter, the replacement for the two-stroke Zuma. The new 2012 Yamaha Zuma 50F is powered by a 49cc liquid-cooled fuel injected four-stroke engine, an update from the 2011 Zuma’s 49cc air-cooled carbureted two-stroke engine. According to Yamaha, the Zuma 50F claims an estimated 132 mpg compared to the two-stroke Zuma’s claimed 123 mpg.
