Recreate Rossi’s Corkscrew Pass on Stoner at Laguna Seca with Paper

Valentino Rossi‘s career is full of many incredible moments but few are as indelible as the move he made to pass Casey Stoner on the 23rd lap of the 2008 U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca. The controversial cut through the famous Corkscrew was arguably the most dramatic moment of the 2008 MotoGP season (and ironically, recreated this year, with Marc Marquez turning the tables on Rossi).

More Leaning Multi-Wheel Vehicles to Follow Yamaha Tricity + Video

Yamaha re-iterated plans it will produce more Leaning-Multi-Wheel vehicles during the official Japanese launch event for the three-wheeled Tricity scooter. Yamaha had previously announced the Tricity would be just the first in a new series of vehicles during the scooter’s launch in Thailand, but the company has now revealed how they will differ from each other. Yamaha Tops Second Day of Sepang Test as Honda Twiddles Thumbs

Ben Spies topped the time sheets ahead of teammate Jorge Lorenzo as Yamaha continued its MotoGP pre-season testing in Malaysia. While their rivals at Honda were idled by an engine problem, the two factory Yamaha riders found improvement on their Day One times and gathered data about riding in both wet and dry conditions. Spies set the best lap time at 2:01.285 while testing different chassis settings in the morning.
