Yamaha V Star tech info
Yamaha V Star description
This bike is not currently running because the pickup coil needs to be changed. Bike is being sold as is.
I took the bike for a 2 hour ride to bear mountain just last week. It's a great little bobber, gets lots of attention, and runs perfect when you get it started. For someone who is somewhat mechanically sound you can change the coil yourself for around $100. If not, any mechanic will do it for approximately $500. Here is what is done to the bike: Bobber kit from blue collar bobbers: includes rear fender, drag bars, and blinkers. Custom exhaust Carbs rejet Air filter relocated to under tank (GAK (gonzo air kit) HH sintered brakes New paint Springer seat from blue collar bobbers Bar end mirrors Hid headlight Led under fender tail light Tires were installed in May and have about 500 miles on them This is a great deal. Already bought a new bike so no need for this one. fun bike, I promise you'll love it. Let me know if you have any other questions |
