Please give them a call at 309-796-1664!!!      The Yamaha 650 V-Star Custom is a well-rounded, affordable, fun bike to ride. IThis bike only has 2,547 miles on it and so is barley broken in.  It also has good ground clearance, a good gear box, comfortable seat, powerful brakes, and a price that won't require that you get a second mortgage to acquire one like some of the American cruisers. And I'm willing to bet that it will probably continue to run like new well after you've overhauled your 'Made-in-the-USA' product a couple times.This one has a rear rack that has been added to the rear fender.  All of  our  pre-owned bikes have been serviced by our factory trained mechanics, and will have fresh oil changes,and a full checklist has been completed. Yamaha to Produce PES1 and PED1 Electric Motorcycles by 2016

Yamaha announced plans to release the production versions of its PES1 and PED1 concept models within two years as part of the company’s plans to enter the electric motorcycle segment. The PES1 and PED1 (which stands for “Passion, Electric, Street” and “Passion, Electric, Dirt”) concepts were first revealed at last November’s Tokyo Motor Show. In the company’s newly-published annual report, Yamaha confirmed plans to produce the two models, saying: “In sports motorcycles, we are working to create new value with EV sports motorcycles, which we aim to launch in two years, with the development of the small, on-road sports PES1, as well as the PED1, which are being developed to expand the scope of electric vehicles to the off-road world.

Yamaha Files Suit Over Scooter Design

Yamaha has filed a lawsuit against a pair of Japanese companies alleging their electric scooter copies the design of the Yamaha Gear BX50 scooter. The Yamaha Gear  BX50 (pictured left above) is a 50cc four-stroke scooter sold in Japan as a commercial-use model, aimed for small business such as newspaper distributors. Yamaha has been offering the BX50 (and the BX50N variant) since 2007, selling 39,917 units as of December 2011.
