Yamaha V Star description

If you are a new rider or someone looking for cheap transportation, I have a great bike for you. I am the original owner of a 2007 V-Star Classic purchased from Pete's Cycle in Baltimore. Bike was purchased new in 2008 and has been kept in my shed. This bike has a 650cc V-Twin motor with choke, and no it is not fuel-injected but very reliable, you just have to let it warm up some before riding.
Some accessories that were added include Vance & Hines Short Shot Staggered pipes to make a bit louder, but I do have the original pipes if you so desire, sissybar with luggage rack, saddlebags, fork tool pouch, mini windshield, volt meter, Kuryakyn hand grips with throttle boss, miscellaneous chrome pieces, along with a run-turn-brake controller. This controller utilizes the rear turn signals as running, brake, and turn signals to provide more visibility to other drivers.
This has been a great bike and don't really want to sell but Harley called my name and I need to sell this one. Oil and filter has been changes every year, and at the beginning of the 2016 riding season I replaced the battery and air filter just as a precaution, a seat height of roughly 27 inches makes it an easy bike to ride for the vertically challenged. This bike is for local pick-up but I would be willing to deliver to you with-in a 100 mile radius if need be. Please consider this bike, it is in excellent shape based on the pictures. Thanks for looking.

Get the Flash Player to see this player. After much speculation and anticipation regarding the 2009 YZF-R1, MO finally got some seat time in the recently updated numero uno. After hearing much about this new “Cross-plane crankshaft” technology, we were ready to write it off as media hype and PR propaganda, but it turns out that the Yamaha R1 has actually tightened the gap between MotoGP technology and street applications.

Ask MO Anything: Should I Buy a New 2022 Yamaha MT-10?

Thu, 06 Oct 2022

Is this a trick question? Dear MOby, Thank God I’m in the enviable position of having a wife that gave me the OK to get whatever bike I want, after selling off all my old ones about seven years ago. So, here’s my parameters: After test riding a ton of stuff, I’ve decided I want a (bigger) naked bike, and in first place is the 2022 Yamaha MT-10.
