Bruce Willis’ 1988 Yamaha TW200 Trailway Up for Auction

The second of five motorcycles from the private collection of actor Bruce Willis has gone up for auction to raise funds for the non-profit military support group The Boot Campaign. Bidding is now open on CharityBuzz.com for the “Die Hard” star’s 1988 Yamaha TW200 Trailway. It follows Willis’ 2005 Ducati Multistrada 1000DS which sold for auction for $6,250, just a few hundred dollars higher than its list price in Kelley Blue Book.

Yamaha Signed On As Presenting Sponsor For Three-Event GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout

Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., is proud to announce that it has signed on as sponsor for the GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout Presented By Yamaha, a three-event championship motorcycle road racing series that includes the Yamaha SoCal Nationals at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, CA on April 26-27; the Pacific Nationals at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, CA on May 3-4; and the Mountain Nationals at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, UT on May 24-25. 2013 Dakar Rally Route Announced

The 2013 Dakar Rally will again be held in South America with event organizers announcing a new route for the 34th running of the off-road race. Now in its fifth year in Latin America, the 2013 edition of the Rally will feature a new route running from north to south, starting Jan. 5 in Lima, Peru, and ending Jan.
