Yamaha V Star description
Im selling a Yamaha Vstar Classic 650 for 3800 OBO. The bike is in good condition and has recently had a tune up done in July. Its a great bike and its ready to ride. I also recently bought brand new Metzler tires for both front and back. I decided to sell my bike because I don't have time to ride it as much as I'd like and would rather have someone else enjoy it. The bikes mileage is pretty low at 13,4XX. I also added the leather saddle bags with the mounts, the engine guard, the windshield (not pictured), and the back rest. Mon, 22 Jul 2013Marco Melandri captured his third win of the season, the Ducati 1199 Panigale scored its first podium while Sylvain Guintoli regained the championship lead despite dislocating his collarbone days before the race. But the big news at Moscow Raceway of course was the tragic death of Andrea Antonelli in the World Supersport race. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.
Yamaha Tracer 9 GT+ Finally Coming to US for 2024
Thu, 06 Apr 2023Sport-tourer equipped with radar-based adaptive cruise control Last November, Yamaha Motor Europe revealed a new Tracer 9 GT+ at EICMA, a new version of its Triple-powered sport tourer equipped with a 7-inch TFT display, adaptive cruise control, and a radar-linked unified braking system. Yamaha Motor USA, however, remained quiet about it, and we later learned the Tracer 9 GT+ was not coming to the States for 2023. In fact, even the less techy regular Tracer 9 was left out of Yamaha Motor USA’s returning model announcements.
MotoGP to Re-Visit Rookie Rule
Tue, 19 Jun 2012MotoGP organizers are re-opening discussion for the series’ rookie rule which prevents new riders from entering the series with factory teams. Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.
