2004 Yamaha V Star 1100 Silverado , I have a 2004 Yamaha V-Star Silverado Classic for sale. The bike is tu-tone dark cinnamon metallic and black. The bike has just over 26,000 miles. The bike is equipped with a hyper-charger air intake and loud aftermarket pipes. There is a back rest for the passenger and driver. The tires are in great shape with lots of tread left. Lots of chrome. I also have the stock pipes which will be included in the sale. The bikes runs great and is in good shape with the exception of two paint mars on the rear fender. The price is firm at $3.500.00 which is below book. I have the clear title in hand in my name. The bike can be seen in Lockhart any evening or weekends. I will remove this post when the bike sales. Tue, 17 Jan 2012I was reunited with an old friend recently, my 1999 Virgin Yamaha R7 Superbike. By the end of 1998 I had won three straight BSB titles with the Yamaha YZF750, when main sponsor Cadbury’s pulled out leaving zero funds for a title defence. Wanting desperately to ride the new R7 and thinking a replacement backer would instantly get on board I turned down quite a few offers including a juicy contract from Crescent Suzuki (Paul Denning always enjoys reminding me).

Not being a huge Ducati fan, when I was thrown the keys of this monster at Silverstone on Tuesday I was expecting an ill handling, weighty beast that would run out of revs and scare me to death.
