This is a super clean 2004 V Star 1100, only 1440 miles on it. No dents or scratches that I can find anywhere on it. Bike starts right up, runs and rides perfect with plenty of power. I can't find anything wrong with the bike, just don't have time to use it, so why store it? It is a royal blue / purple depending on the light with tons of chrome. Has a windshield which is currently off the bike but comes with it. Has had crash bars and floorboards installed. Three years later, Yamaha has released a follow-up featuring its current MotoGP lineup of Lorenzo, Ben Spies, Cal Crutchlow and Andrea Dovizioso (with King Kenny Roberts lunchbox in tow). Tech3 Yamaha racer Crutchlow takes over his predecessor Edwards’ spot as a Yamaha security guard, but throws his own British spin on the job.
Think You’re a Smooth Rider? Yamaha’s SmartRiding App Will Prove It
Fri, 04 Oct 2013Yamaha has released a new app that records and evaluates riding habits. The free Yamaha SmartRiding app (available now in the App store) uses the Apple devices sensors to measure basic telemetry to evaluate how smoothly you handle curves. The app requires the device to be firmly fixed to the motorcycle in either a vertical or horizontal arrangement (the app is compatible with iPhones, iPods and iPads, though I’m not sure how many people will mount a tablet to their motorcycle).
