Yamaha V Star description

I am selling my 2003 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Classic. Over the past few years I have ridden it less and less, and bikes need to be ridden.

This bike is maxed out with hard saddle bags, windshield, leather accent pieces, backrest for both seats, and other accessories.

It has very low miles on the bike (13,000) as I have not ridden it much in the last 4 years.

Now there is a small oil leak and can be fixed easily with a gasket change. Other than that, nothing else is wrong with the bike, just needs the chrome polished.

Better suspension and Track mode brings us so close to an R9 Photos by Dave Schelske As the tail rider in a train of approximately seven identical Yamahas, I couldn’t help but watch in awe as each of us weaved our way through the notorious Tail of the Dragon, bending the bike underneath us to our will through the 120-something corners, the unison of the dance mesmerizing as each of us took our turn, one by one, around each apex, at irresponsible speeds, front wheels inches away from the person in front of us. This is the kind of trust you build up after you’ve ridden with the same group of people for years on end. We all know that riding with your friends is fun.

Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha rider Josh Hayes will be sporting a new look this upcoming racing season. The three-time AMA Pro Racing SuperBike Champion will be protected by RS Taichi racing leathers and gloves while aboard his Yamaha YZF-R1 SuperBike. After a long-standing relationship with Teknic, his previous protective gear provider who ceased operation last year, Josh had an opportunity to go in a new direction.
