This is a sweet ride, just like new. This bike was gifted off the showroom floor to a friend of mine who is an older gentlemen. He put about 1600 miles on her before we purchased the bike in 2014. I added the bike to our collection thinking that my girlfriend would enjoy riding. Health reasons now preclude her from riding. If you know these bikes, this is the nicest 2002 you will find as it has been ridden sparingly and gently.

It is a very comfortable bike with a low center of gravity, and perfect for a woman rider. I enjoy riding this bike and I'm a large guy...its easy to get on and off of, and easy much easer than my Concours to maneuver.

When I put the bike away last summer I hit the side of the barn with the left blinker, have not gotten around to replacing it. There is also some tape residue on the windshield that we can't seem to get off. This happened when my friend left the bike in his driveway with a for sale sign taped on the windshield. You may know some tricks, but I certainly don't think it is worth replacing the windshield as it is not noticeable when you are riding.

The bike has always been meticulously maintained, tires have plenty left, new battery in 2015, and the carbs were adjusted in 2014. Ready to ride for the season!

We have a couple of newer helmets that you can take with you if you are so inclined.

Yamaha Motor USA to Swallow Up Yamaha Canada

Yamaha’s board of directors has voted in transfer all shares of its Canadian subsidiary to its American subsidiary, a move which would give Yamaha Motor U.S.A. responsibility over the entire North American market. The proposed transfer, set to begin in December, will make Yamaha Motor Canada a subsidiary of its American counterpart.

With the two test riders coming forward to act as replacement riders for the injured Rossi and Aoyama, it brought back memories of the days when the grid would be gifted with wildcard riders from the respective countries. The Japanese rounds were always attended by some of the top guys with experience of the 500GP and MotoGP bikes, through racing them in their domestic championships. Chad Reed earned his first AMA Supercross win in nearly two years with a hard-fought battle in the second round of three rounds at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. The win was the 42nd career victory for the TwoTwo Motorsports Kawasaki rider, but the first since Jan. 21, 2012, in Los Angeles.
