hello you are looking at 2001 yamaha 650 v star.This bike only has 526 miles.One owner bike. This bike has a lot of yamaha brand upgrades.DG performance pipes with carb kit/ winshild/studed seat/chrome seat ring/lugage rack/turn signal eyelashes/ chrome engine gaurds/running boards/ custom pinstripe. The color is purple. The gas tank dose have one small ding on the top. I put new battery and cleaned carbs. Runs very well. After a day of rest, Sunday’s stage seven was characterized by rain during the night and a new Dakar country – Bolivia. After an early start at 4:30 in the morning, the first 62 miles of the special stage into Bolivia had to be shortened due to rain and poor visibility, low-hanging clouds that prevented the helicopters from taking off creating security issues. The route led across the Andes and towards the Bolivian border.

Yamaha is debuting a new heavy-duty utility motorcycle concept at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show. Described as the “SUV motorcycle”, the Yamaha XTW250 RYOKU was designed to carry heavy loads for both on and off the road. The concept’s name suggests it may share elements of Yamaha’s XT250 and TW200 dual sports.
