Yamaha V Max description

For sale is a very clean 1986 YAMAHA V MAX. It has nice tires, new brake rotors and pads, steering head bearings, lowered rear performance shocks and it tuned to the open exhaust. (It's loud but not too loud. Sounds good.)
The only noticeable flaw is on the painted air box cover. Small, but it's there.
Other then that it is extremely clean. And it runs great.
You will be proud to call this bike yours.

Dunlop’s Newest DOT Race Tire: the Sportmax GP-A Pro

Mon, 21 Jul 2014

Dunlop has released its newest DOT-legal racing tire, the Sportmax GP-A Pro. Being the spec tire manufacturer for the AMA Pro Roadracing series gives Dunlop plenty of top-level R&D test riders to develop the next line of tires. Couple that with the company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Buffalo, New York, and the days of grabbing a set of UK tires over their American counterparts is over.

Yamaha Tenere 700 Raid Prototype First Look

Tue, 23 Nov 2021

Return to sender Well the seat was a little high, at 34.6 inches, but that didn’t stop the Yamaha Ténéré 700 from doing very well in last summer’s blockbuster middleweight ADV comparison. Keeping it simple and keeping the weight down was a great recipe for success, and now Yamaha is fixin’ to take it to the next level with a Ténéré 700 Raid, for which this machine it showed at EICMA serves as prototype. What Has James Stewart Been Up To? [video]

Wed, 15 Dec 2010

The last time we checked up on James Stewart, he wasn’t having a good year. First, there was the season-ending injury in the second round of the 2010 AMA Supercross campaign, an ill-advised comeback at the Unadilla National, and then a much-panned open letter after getting left off Team USA for the Motocross of Nations. In all, Stewart took part in just three races in 2010.
