Up for auction is a nice Yamaha Seca 550 1981. XJ550RH
FOR SALE IN CANADA ONLY. International buyer contact me prior bidding. You'll be responsible for Import/Export process and to get all the paperwork to clear the Customs which i don't have. I'm selling it due to sickness. I just started it and it runs fine. It might just need a little carburetor adjustment but i think it's ready to ride as i rode it for about 500Km last summer and it ran ok. I own this bike since 2002. This bike is in great condition if i consider it's age. The rear tire is brand new and the front one is half good. The exhaust system is the original one. I'm a motorcycle mechanic so this bike has been well maintained. The odometer has 92668 Km and it's mainly highway use. I have a second bike for parts if your interested in. It isn't in the same great condition but there is a lot of good spare parts on it. AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.

The Yamaha Jubilo rugby club competes in the Top League, the highest level Japanese Rugby Football Union pro league. The team currently sits fifth out of 14 teams with a 3-2-2 record with a roster of 17 professional players including nine non-Japanese imports.
Yamaha Reveals PES1 and PED1 Electric Prototypes
Fri, 08 Nov 2013Yamaha is bringing two new electric motorcycle prototypes to the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show: the PES1 streetbike and the PED1 dirt bike. The nomenclature is a combination of the initials for Passion, Electric and Street for the street version and Dirt for the off-road model. Both prototypes are equipped with DC brushless electric motors powered by lithium-ion batteries.
