Yamaha Royal Star tech info
Yamaha Royal Star description
2002 Yamaha Royal Star Midnight TOUR DELUXE, This is a great bike that has been well taken care of mechanically. Maintenance and parts changed at all the right times, by a top notch mechanic. I am not able to ride anymore and the sadness of this makes me have to depart from my love. She has a sound and strong 1300cc engine. Everything including cruise control and has been upgraded to include loud pipes, and lights, and chrome, a 6 CD player, with AM/FM and cassette tape, intercom system, CB radio, drivers backrest and even a cup holder. It has approximately 48,000 + miles on classes. Battery went dead need to charge the battery up. Runs like a top. I have never had any problem going uphill even when fully loaded. This bike is a great touring bike and more comfortable than you can imagine. I have taken it to LA, SD, Arizona, and Utah, Nevada Oregon, Washington and more. It is such a joy to ride. Sacrificing for $6000. Please text me at 209-261-7770 $6,000.00

The onboard video, embedded after the jump, captures the Yamaha weaving through traffic, and often lane-splitting between other vehicles, covering a 4.67 mile stretch of the Trans-Canada Highway in about a minute and 56 seconds. That translates to an average speed of 144.6 mph.
2022 Yamaha MT-10 Review - First Ride
Mon, 15 Aug 2022It's the King of the Masters of Torque Credit: Photos by Joe Augustin Heaping praise upon Yamaha’s naked bikes has become all too easy lately. Yes, the MT-07 did get dethroned in last year’s Middleweight Naked comparison, but not by much – and it took brand-new motorcycles from Aprilia and Triumph to do it. When it came time for the 900cc(ish) Nakeds last August, the newly revamped MT-09 surprised a couple people by taking the cake against KTM Duke 890 and five other very nice and mostly more expensive motorcycles.
The Pursuit of Yamaha-ness – A Message from Yamaha’s CEO
Thu, 10 Jan 2013Yamaha must “pursue true Yamaha-ness and break out of our old norms” if it hopes to increase profitability, says Hiroyuki Yanagi, the company’s president and chief executive officer. In an open letter released by Yamaha, Yanagi discussed what his company needed to do in order to reach its goal of producing 12 million units this year and collecting 2 trillion yen (US$22.5 billion) in sales. Yanagi’s message offered little in specific details but provided a glimpse of Yamaha’s overall strategy for the next few years.
