Yamaha Royal Star tech info
Yamaha Royal Star description
I’m selling my 1997 Yamaha Royal Star which I purchased new in 1998 and have enjoyed since. But now my health keeps from getting to ride her very often or far so I guess it’s time she had a new home. She’s been garage kept and well maintained. I’ve added many accessories, all of which are genuine Yamaha no cheap aftermarket crap. I’m also adding a Dyna 3000 high performance ignition module and a Barons Big air Kit that I purchased and didn’t get to install yet. These 2 items alone would cost you over $700.00 to buy the today. I am happy to speak with any serious potential buyer and answer and questions you have. |

GSX-R600 and CBR250R the glass is half full
Wed, 13 Oct 2010Suzuki’s GSX-R600 might not look that much different to the outgoing model but I suspect this bike could be very much a dark horse in 2011. I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong. As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.

The upcoming Tokyo Motor Show (Dec. 3-11) promises to be more interesting with Yamaha showcasing three new concepts including the Y125 MOEGI pictured here.
Yamaha R6 to Continue Racing in Supersport Next Generation Category
Mon, 17 Jan 2022No R6 replacement for the near future Last month, the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) provided the first look at the new “ Supersport Next Generation” models that will redefine middleweight racing class. Starting with the 2022 season, the World Supersport class (and their equivalents in various national racing series such as MotoAmerica) will add new models such as the Ducati Panigale V2, MV Agusta F3 800, MV Agusta F3 Superveloce, Triumph Street Triple RS, Suzuki GSX-R750, and the 636cc Kawasaki ZX-6R. The primarily 600cc models that previously represented the class will continue for one more season, before the Supersport Next Generation models take over completely in 2023.
